Shipping Policy

Payment on Delivery

All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay in cash to the courier when your order arrives. We do not take online payments on this website.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free — ₹0 on all orders.

Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after your order is confirmed. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to courier delays, weather or factors outside our control.

How Orders Are Shipped

After you confirm your order, we prepare it and hand it to a courier partner for delivery. Your name, delivery address and phone number are shared with the courier only so your order can be delivered and the courier can contact you about the delivery.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. If the courier cannot reach you or the address is incorrect, delivery may be delayed or returned. If your address changes after placing an order, email us as soon as possible with your order number — we will try to update it if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Receiving Your Order

Please check your package when it arrives. If the package looks damaged, or the item inside is damaged, wrong or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
